May 2015 - Sesame Street

We're going to do our best to play catch up again. Unfortunately blogging has taken a back burner in our everyday life. Mom wants to do better at it again but we'll see, :)

In May Daddy and Mommy took me to Sesame Street Live. I had a fun time and was very excited to see all of the characters. I wanted to wear my sun glasses and had fun dancing and clapping to all of the fun music.

Mom even let me bring home a small little stuffed Elmo.

Easter 2015

Easter was full of fun. We colored eggs, went to a couple Easter Egg hunts and celebrated with our Cota family. It was a little sad since it was our first holiday without Great Grandpa but it was nice to get together.

January 2015 - Hersberger Visit

During the time we lost Great Grandpa we also had some special visitors that was a lot of fun to see. The Hersberger family was in town. It's always fun to spend time with them!

January 31, 2015 - Such a Sad Day

Today was a very sad day for our family. We lost my Great Grandpa Cota "Grandpa Bob". He was 90 years 11 months old. He would have celebrated his 91st birthday on March 12.

He was such a special, funny guy and loved us so much. Mommy is thankful that Great Grandpa was able to know us and we were able to spend the time we did with him. She said he was always happy to see us and we made him smile. His smile is one thing that many people remember about him; his infections laugh, friendly smile and twinkling eyes.

We're thankful we have photos to remind us of the special times we spent with Great Grandpa while he was with us on Earth.

Each of us Great Grandchildren placed a special flower at his funeral.
