Cyclone Tailgate Tour

I went to my second Cyclone Tailgate Tour last month. I wasn't as excited about it as Mom was - well no one was as excited about it as Mom was but that's ok. We all still had fun. We got some autographs and pictures and the kids all got an ISU visor.

Mom's Birthday

We celebrated Mom's birthday at home with ice cream cake and gifts from Cohen, Dad and I. Dad ordered dinner in so she didn't have to cook on her birthday. We had a fun time celebrating her birthday.

First thing - Easter!

I can't even believe I haven't told you all about Easter. Well...we had a great Easter! The Friday before Easter we drove to Harpers and spent the night at Granny's. When we woke up Saturday morning it was Cohen's 6th Birthday and the Harpers Easter Egg Hunt! We went to the Egg Hunt with Mom, Dad and Grandpa Cota met us there.

It was my first year actually hunting for eggs. I grabbed a few but I wasn't in a big hurry to get a bunch. After the Easter Egg Hunt we went to Grandpa and Grandma Cota's house for a birthday party for Cohen. He had a Superman/Batman party. We had lunch and cake! I liked the cake the most.

After the party we packed up and headed back home. We had to get to back home because we had plans on Sunday morning with Daddy's side of the family - and the Easter Bunny would be coming.

When we got up Sunday morning we had to find eggs that we colored and the Easter Bunny hid. I found one all by myself! Cohen had a map for outside that the Easter Bunny left. He had to go out and follow the map to find the eggs. Maybe next year when I'm a little bigger I can help too. The Easter Bunny also filled our Easter baskets! I got a few treats, a new sippy cup, some Goldfish crackers, a couple coloring books, some play jewelry and bubbles.

After we found all the eggs and had a couple small treats we got ready and went to Waterloo to have brunch with Uncle Brent, Kari, Reese, Flynn, Grandpa and Grandma D. and Reese and Flynn's other grandparents, aunt and cousin. We had an egg hunt after brunch too. And the Easter Bunny's helper was there.

After all that Easter fun we went to Grandpa and Grandma's house so I could nap before we had a little party for Cohen at Chuck E. Cheese. I had fun at Chuck E. Cheese. I even went on a ride with Reese.

It was a great Easter and I think Cohen had a great 6th Birthday too!

Two Months?!?!

Whoa! It's been two months since I last posted? What the heck have I been doing? Well, a lot. But mostly keeping Mom and Dad on their toes. All. The. Time!

I am going to go back to April and fill in everything I haven't shared since my last post. Then, Mom and I are going to try and do better about posting once a week. I Cohen has a little catching up to do too....
